I have witnessed the power of words, encouragement, and connection in the workplace. During my tenure at Lionsgate, one of the biggest film studios in Hollywood, I helped lead the charge of creating a better workplace in our Motion Picture Group division. I have a proven track record of cultivating connection, confidence, and compassion among employees.
My deep love for people has driven me to take what I've learned in the corporate environment and start my own venture - Ordinary Miracles Co. I am here to solve some of our world’s biggest problems — loneliness, depression, anxiety, and low self-confidence — through the power of encouragement and connection.
I believe that there is no failure to be had in encouraging people, so if Ordinary Miracles Co. can encourage even one person, it will all be worth it.
